1/2C nuts if desired

beat above ingredients til mixed together than add four mixture and mix all that together. Add to pan and bake for about 1 hr or till done. It will be a very pretty brown and very moist.

This bread is super yummy. SO moist. I did use quite a few bananas but honestly, I had 5 very ripe bananas that needed used lol. You can make an icing for the top by mixing powdered sugar and milk together than spreading on top. OR my favorite thing to do is mix oats, brown sugar and some butter together and sprinkle that on top before you put it in the oven. This bakes on top and makes a very yummy topping. Aiden LOVES it and keeps asking for more lol. It won't last long in our house, especially when Joe comes home and finds it haha.
