1C sugar
1tsp vanilla
1stick butter (melted)
1 egg
Topping:
1C brown sugar
1C chopped pecans
1/2C flour
1/3 stick butter(melted)
Grease casserole dish. Mix 1st 5 ingredients and put into a casserole dish. Mix topping. It will be a little mushy. Crumble on top of potatoes. Bake at 325 for 45min.
*I have to double this recipe for my family. This is a family favorite, especially for my uncle Jimmy. I hope y'all enjoy it as much as we do! Happy Thanksgiving.
